| Job Duties: | • Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques. • Provides information by answering questions and requests. • Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies. • Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects; expediting work results. • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • High school graduate or equivalent in related field preferred with 3 years’ experience in the administrative field • Experience in Hospitality/ Hotel Operations/Well-known property is an advantage • Administrative or secretarial working experience • Ability to translate documents from Chinese to English or vice versa is an advantage but not required. • Ability to communicate in both English and Chinese, knowledge of Cantonese is an advantage • Self-motivated, organized, confident, friendly and polite. • Proficiency in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio or other job related software • Self-motivated, well-organized and willing to learn good interpersonal and communication skills. • Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high pressure work environment. |
