| Job Duties: | • Ensure customer satisfaction by working in close coordination with the company’s Flight Operations and Aircraft Maintenance Departments to facilitate timely transportation of customers. • Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints. • Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems. • Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken. • Resolve customers' service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, or adjusting bills. • Complete contract forms, prepare change of address records, or issue service discontinuance orders, using computers. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • High school diploma required. • Some previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is usually needed. Employees in these occupations need anywhere from a few months to one year of working with experienced employees.These occupations often involve using your knowledge and skills to help others. • With experience providing customer service in a commuter airline operating under Part 135 of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) preferred. • Must be willing and able to work flexible hours or shifts within a 24 hour period including weekends and holidays as may be required by the company. • With pleasing personality, able to communicate effectively, patient with calming presence, highly organized, able to plan, multi-task and work well under pressure, alert, highly motivated and dependable. • Computer literate, able to work with Windows applications including Excel and Word. |
