| Job Duties: | • Oversee all finance function in regards to all gaming related issues. • Develop and implement strategic plans for the Casino Finance Operations complying with the Company’s strategic vision and plan • Serve as a contact point between external parties (regulators, external auditors, etc.) and property’s finance teams. • Exceptions Review Meeting, Gaming Committee, and other meetings as directed. Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the company’s fiscal function and performance. • Safeguard company’s assets, comply with local laws and internal policies, and provide the best level of services for both internal and external customers. • Establish Casino Finance Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the team’s guidance and reference in handling new activities, tasks and/or services impacting casino finance. • Assist in establishing short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures • Design, establish, and maintain an organizational structure to effectively accomplish the department’s goals and objectives • Drive key operational and strategic initiatives • Provide leadership in the development and monitoring of fiscal budgets and operational strategies to produce both short-term and long-term profitability • Develop and monitor policies and procedures within generally accepted accounting principles and corporate guidelines to ensure sufficient cash flow, reduced operating costs, and increased revenues. • Optimize the handling of bank and deposit relationships and initiate appropriate strategies to enhance cash position. Ensure compliance with all local regulations and international accounting standards • Prepare financial reports and any analysis reports to enable a smoother decision making process for CEO and top management • Directing and coordinating other department staff on any issue related to Finance and Accounting • Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets and consolidation and reporting to the company. Continuing improvement of the budgeting process through education of department managers on financial issues impacting department budgets. • Analysis and interpretation of financial statements for the company operation • Provide friendly, efficient and courteous customer service to all internal and external customers • Coordinate with external audit firm and participate in the annual audit plan of the operation • Execute other special projects as assigned by top management. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting/Finance • 15 years or above of experience in finance or accounting, minimum of 10 years from a well-established Casino / 5 Star hotel/ Well-known property • Minimum of 10 years of managerial experience in Finance/ Accounting area • Pre-opening experience in a well-established Casino / 5 Star hotel/ Well-known property is highly preferred • With work experience in international audit firm is highly preferred • Recognized post-graduate accounting qualifications and accreditation is a must, such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CMA (Certified Management Accountant) • Good command of both English & Chinese languages to deal with Asian & International guests, communicate and manage employees of different levels of positions in the Company • Demonstrated capacity to improve work flow and well-versed with all work processes within finance • Experience in managing budgets, revenue proposals and forecasting results • Experience in reviewing internal control and set up policies and procedures • Comprehensive knowledge in corporate planning, strategic development and management analytical reports • Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team to achieve high level of performance and exceed targets • Proficiency in office software and other related accounting software • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines • Ability to develop relationships and communicate effectively across all levels of the Company |
