Job Title: Enterprise Asset Management System Coordinator (EC)
Job Duties: Manage the deployment and day to day operations of the EAMS; Collect and enter facilities and project data to populate a newly developed EAM system including building elements as well as fields that will be used for the analysis of the performance, maintenance and repair of building control systems; Coordinate with the HHF EAMS technical team for technical support and training; Assist host agency facility managers and related staff in addressing their data entry and management needs; Conduct regular EAMS training opportunities geared towards executives, managers, maintenance staff and various levels of school personnel (central office managers, principals, custodial staff, etc.); Assist with the management and operation of the EAMS, including work order development, data entry, updates, data quality assurance, data analysis, and maintenance of database integrity [more at: http://www.hhf.com/about/careers/]

Qualification Requirements: 1 to 5 years of experience or reasonable understanding of an Enterprise Asset Management System (e.g., Maximo 7.x or higher); General understanding of building systems/components and ability to measure or otherwise quantify the components that make up building facilities; Ability to read building and site plans; Ability to train others to use the software and build the user base; Personal transportation and ability to conduct light field work duties like measuring classrooms and rooftops, and collecting data for all equipment, including roof-mounted equipment.
