| Job Duties: | Plans and schedules specific jobs determining needed equipment and assignment of manpower. Assume responsibility for proper care and maintenance of equipment such as sandblaster, grinder, buffer and spray equipment. Supervise and participate in erecting scaffolding, removing old surface and mixing and matching paints, varnishes, enamels, lacquers, calcimines and varnish removers. Directs the laying out and painting of a variety of signs, including the design and use of silk screen stencils. Supervises and may participate in the application of paints, varnishes, lacquers and other surfacing to furniture. |

| Qualification Requirements: | 1-2 years experience as a painter in a supervisory level is required. Must have strong organizational and time management skills.
