| Job Duties: | The role is responsible for providing high quality and excellent client service. Required Background, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • Prepared travel arrangements for clients based mainly in the China region and at times, with in the united states. • Arranges accommodations, transportation, and entertainment focused on the specific business area for Clients and company executives • Manage and direct client communications • Coordinates meetings with clients. • Works directly with various vendors both on and off island for client needs. • Track media coverage and provide an analysis to the Office of the President, the Executive and Management teams • Assists in developing and executing communication strategies • Lead cross functional teams in delivering high quality work products under set timelines. • Overnight travel will be required • Professional, informed and timely responses to initial prospect or client inquiries • Coordinating with our network of executives for timely and informed feedback • Building trust with clients to identify and create up-selling opportunities • Special projects support that might include specific sales and marketing initiatives • Administrative support for office, project, logistics and team coordination • Client hospitality and service for in-office meetings and learning delivery events |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Degree in Hospitality, related field or High School diploma with 2 years direct working experience with Asia Market. • Required 2+ year Minimum 2 years working experience directly dealing with Asia based clientele and on occasions, Clients based within the CNMI. • Excellent communications skills in English and Chinese (verbal and written); • Must be willing to work flexible hours; • Must be able to occasionally travel (overnight/day travel). • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • An ability to deal with change and implement new effective processes • An ability to work through peers and across organizational boundaries and influence at all levels in the business • Must be proficient in the English language as well as Mandarin Chinese • Ability to present self professionally and intelligently to prospective and existing clients • Excellent organization, multitasking, and prioritization skills • Ability to uncover client needs and identify relevant resources • Demonstrated poise and grace under pressure • Demonstrated initiative and resourcefulness • Attention to detail and quality in all tasks and interactions |
