| Job Duties: | • Oversees financial and accounting systems controls and standards and ensures timely financial and statistical Reports for operations managers as well as senior financial managers. • Completes certain month-end closing procedures in an accurate and timely manner, including review and approval of general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and other financial information substantiating month-end account balances. • Ensures adequate audit trails are in place for all transactions; conducts regular reconciliation of cash and banking records. • Proactively analyzes and interprets financial data and recommends changes to improve systems and financial performance. • Review and secure necessary approval on all additions, disposals, depreciation, and accruals on fixed assets. • Prepare month end reports and schedules of Fixed Assets and CIP (Construction in Progress) for management’s review. • Thorough review, analysis and/or observation of Fixed Asset transactions to ensure that assets/CIP are recorded accurately, consistently, and in a manner compliant with company policy and regulatory authority. • Evaluates company policy and procedures related to fixed assets for operational effectiveness and regulatory compliance recommending changes where appropriate. • Ensures that administrative records (correspondence, inventory etc.) in all offices are well-organized, maintained and updated. • Coordinates the collection and preparation of all statistical data required by senior financial management. • Maintains a suitable set of audit work papers for the review of the senior financial managers and independent auditor. • Performs other tasks relevant to finance and accounting. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting • Minimum 5 to 10 years of accounting experience with at least 2 years in supervisory level • Familiarity with hotel/ Finance operating systems and software • Good administrative, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills. • Computer literate and proficient in English |
