| Job Duties: | • Develop and implement strategic plans for the Company complying with the Company’s strategic vision and plan • Periodically monitor the performance of the Company against the approved strategic objective and goals • Collaborate with the Finance team to finalize projects • Maintain strong financial controls and drive continual process improvement. • Understanding executive management's information needs and designing deliverables and processes to fulfill them • Coordinating participation of finance partners for all business lines and support units • Oversee daily operation of the Finance/Accounting Department activities • Ensure compliance with all local regulations and international accounting standards • Provide coaching, training, development and supervision of Finance/Accounting staff to ensure efficient Financial Operations • Directing and coordinating other department staff on any issue related to Finance and Accounting • Support monthly executive meetings (Management Business Reviews) by evaluating materials provided by participants, and highlighting key questions/areas of interest. • Provide friendly, efficient and courteous customer service to all internal and external customers • Coordinate with external audit firm and participate in the annual audit plan of the operation • Preparation of budgets and financial reports and overseeing their evaluation • Presenting the various accounting reports to the top management and making suitable observations and recommendations • Monitoring investment policies and operations of the company • Managing operational data and maintaining data accuracy and integrity • Assisting in the company’s monthly and yearly closing • Improve financial status by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management. • To spot check daily receiving and store keeping procedures to ensure they are being followed. • To coordinate with other departments regarding storeroom operational matters where necessary. • To supervise all inventory teams during monthly physical count of inventory items and compare stock register balances of items against physical count. • To complete the Analyst report on a timely basis. To continue to improve methodology and analytical method to improve the reporting system to ensure that the report has been used effectively by all concerned. • Perform other related duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting/Finance • 8 years or above of experience in finance or accounting, minimum of 5 years from a well-established Casino / five (5) Star hotel/ Well-known property • Minimum of 5 to 10 years of managerial experience in Finance/ Accounting area • Recognized post-grad accounting qualifications and accreditation is preferable, such as CPA or CMA. • Demonstrated capacity to improve work flow and well-versed with all work processes within finance • Good command of both English & Chinese languages to deal with, communicate and manage employees of different level of positions in the Company is highly preferred. • Experience in managing budgets, revenue proposals and forecasting results • Experience in corporate planning, strategic development and management analytical reports • Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team to achieve high level of performance and exceed targets • Proficiency in office software: Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and other related accounting software • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines • Ability to develop relationships and communicate effectively across all levels of the company. |
