| Job Duties: | • Select vendors for spa retail operations and managing contract agreements • Manage inventory effectively by following purchasing standards and ensuring compliance • Suggest new products to remain competitive in the market • Manage the sale and promotion of Spa products and services • Oversee retail product research, selection, purchasing and display • Ensure spa and recreational facilities and equipment are maintained in good working condition • Develop Spa’s marketing strategy and ensure a consistent image is being portrayed • Maintain fresh and effective programs to consistently retain and grow customer base • Create ongoing in-house promotions and activities to stimulate sales, Spa and Recreation teams and customers • Display leadership in guest hospitality, exemplifying excellent customer service, and creating a positive atmosphere for guest relations • Develop and maintain compensation guidelines for customer complaint handling • Create and coordinate special services for groups including gifting programs, gift with purchase, co-op marketing efforts and holiday events • Guide business decision by staying on top of the Spa industry trends • Control ongoing service and product margin analysis to ensure profitability • Monitor customer satisfaction with surveys and comment cards • Anticipate, identify and ensure customer needs are met in the best possible way • Create a motivating environment of sincerity, warmth and fun for the Spa & Recreation team and the customers • Adhere to all Company policies and procedure • Report accidents, injuries, unsafe work conditions and/or security issues to supervisors • Perform other duties as assigned |

| Qualification Requirements: | • At least 2 years work experience as Director of Recreation, Spa, Recreation Manager or Spa Manager in large organization • Excellent problem solving, leadership and motivational, interpersonal and decision making skills • Responsible self-starter, capable of handling multi-faced projects and of working under pressure • Team player, who values teamwork, has good team building skills and is able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees • High School graduate or above is preferred • Proficiency in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Fluent in English • Ability to speak Cantonese, Mandarin or other Asian language is an advantage • physiology diploma/certificate is an advantage • Able to multi-task. |
