| Job Title: | Cook (Korean Cuisine) |
| Job Duties: | The Korean Cook is responsible in assisting the Korean Chef in cooking, preparation presentation of Korean dishes. Must have thorough knowledge of Authentic Korean cuisine. Prepares and cooks menu items in accordance to PIC specifications and practices. Maintains the proper levels of prepared products. Maintains the proper levels of side dishes and makes Kimchi as required. Performs assembly, cooking and plating of Korean dishes. Performs general maintenance of the kitchen, such as keeping it a clean working environment at all times. Maintains inventory of the Korean food and ingredients. Maintains and organizes kitchen equipment and supplies. Performs other related duties as assigned Korean Chef. Maintains a prepared and sanitary work area at all times. Keeps the work area fresh all throughout the shift. Ensures that all storage areas are tidy and all products are stored appropriately. Constantly uses safe and hygienic food handling practices. |

Must have previous experience in high volume production including large banquets, functions and special events. High School Diploma or higher is required.
