| Job Duties: | • Maintain GCB Compliance for all properties in area of responsibility. • Ensure Internal controls are adequately evaluated and implemented and processes are operating effectively. • Oversee and complete audits of casino and hotel functions, processes, internal controls, accounts, records, and other activities to ensure reliability and integrity of information; proper recording of transactions; safeguarding of assets; achievement of operational goals and objectives; effective and efficient use of resources; and compliance with all gaming regulations as well as company policies and procedures • Conduct performance, financial, operational, and compliance audit projects for gaming operations • Control and review pro forma and post event analysis for gaming, hotel and F&B • Ensure Accounting records and practices adhere to Our Company Operations accounting policies and remain standard across all business units. • Promote, develop and maintain effective communication, interaction, and excellent relationship with internal customers (including but not limited to property CFO’s, Directors of Finance and Casino Operations) including ensuring their requirements are identified and consistently met. • Ensure proper planning and resource availability for assigned projects; develop, design, measure and ensure analytical and control activities are operating effectively within the department; execute projects according to plans. • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and international regulatory requirements including SOX, gaming regulations, minimum internal control requirements, IRS, anti-money laundering laws and internal control requirements. • Manage day-to-day operation of all gaming audit functions for Our Company properties including ensuring all transactional activity is timely and accurately recorded in the general ledger and subsequently reconciled, all related taxes are timely and accurately reported and paid and ensure necessary reporting is provided to all property finance related departments relying on gaming volumes. • Participate in project implementation for systems and/or processes related to the corporate department initiated by other departments and or by the department to ensure that requirements are met and/or work efficiently enhanced. • Promote an effective relationship between the department, the business unit, other corporate departments and to ensure effective operational processes. • Enhance internal customer service through the implementation of reporting and processing improvements as well as promotion of service oriented approach within all functional responsibilities. Lead, drive, communicate and be accountable for shared service strategies that deliver high quality, cost effective and value support services across the Corporation. • Establish good relationships with the business units, understanding the needs of all stakeholders to identify potential improvements in support service processes and approval to proposals, including investment, to achieve them. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting/Finance/MBA • 8 years or above of experience in audit and accounting, minimum of 5 years from a well-established Casino / five (5) Star hotel/ Well-known property • Minimum of 5 to 10 years of managerial experience in Financial Planning & Analysis • Recognized post-grad accounting qualifications and accreditation is preferable, such as CPA or CMA • Demonstrated capacity to improve work flow and well-versed with all work processes within finance • Good command of both English & Chinese languages to deal with, communicate and manage employees of different level of positions in the Company is highly preferred. • Experience in finance planning, gaming data matching, review and analysis of junket & VIP gaming areas, managing budgets and financial forecasting • Experience in pre-opening set up of Finance/Audit team • Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team to achieve high level of performance and exceed targets • Proficiency in office software: Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, SAP, POS, SQL and other related accounting software • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines • Ability to develop relationships and communicate effectively across all levels of the Company |
