| Job Duties: | Repair and maintain the physical structure of the office building, houses, apartments, and the premises using hand and power tools. Repair or clean the air conditioning, refrigerator, washer, dryer, tv and other appliances. Repair and replace electrical line or switches of the building structure. Repair or replace cabinets, floor tile, and other carpentry works. Repair/replace faucets, water pipes and other related plumbing works. Maintain and clean generator, water pump and deep well. Clean swimming pool and check the water condition. Repair the masonry work and remove paint or paint building structure. Clean the sorrounding using bush cutter and other tools; do gardening of the premises. |
