| Job Duties: | • Develop and implement training programs for all levels of cage personnel • Supervise, coach and develop direct reports to ensure performance and succession requirements are met, by identifying training requirements of our people and utilize various management tools, as well as actively participate in the recruitment and selection of appropriate personnel. • Assist to implement Senior Cage Management decisions with regard to staffing levels in the Cage operation, identifying cost efficiencies on a day-to-day basis and ensure the operation runs effectively and efficiently in accordance with established Key Impactful Behavior standards. • Ensure constructive and productive working relationships and the timely and accurate dissemination of information are maintained with other departments • Assist with maintaining business improvement processes that enhance operational systems efficiently. • Assist with the development, maintenance and revision of policies and procedures pertaining to Cage operations. Ensure all duties are performed in strict compliance with relevant policies and procedures. • Maintain training awareness and report on matters consistent with the compliance and risk management program. • To be seen as the main point of reference and coordination with Organization Development & Training Department with regard to Cage’s on-job and soft skills training. • Establish and maintain a strong rapport with our staff and our customers, ensuring the provision of professional, timely and accurate service. • Embrace that all Cage associated administrative duties as required, i.e. reporting and enforcing of anti-money laundering policies and procedures and assisting senior Cage management with the preparation of various statistical data for reporting purposes. • Assist Senior Cage Management to trouble shoot and problem solving with regard to operations issues if need be. • Interact with internal staff and external guests from Asian and International countries for all cage functions • Perform other related duties as assigned |

| Qualification Requirements: | • High school diploma required, college degree or equivalent in related field preferred • 5 years or higher experience in Cage functions in a well-known/ 5-star Casino or VIP Junket • 3 years or higher experience in a supervisory position in Cage operations • Must have experience with gaming regulations relating to cash and credit, and an intricate knowledge of all facets of Cage operations • Cage Training experience is preferred • Must have excellent computer skills with a good knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing packages • Able to recognize and develop high potential team members • Good leadership skills and effective delegation’s skills • Customer service oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills. • Troubleshooting skills to minimize problems and effectively correct and manage errors • Ability to communicate in both English and Chinese to deal with guests and internal staff from Asian and International countries • Must be able to secure a Commonwealth Casino Commission Gaming License. • Able to work on shifts and be flexible regarding work schedules according to business demands. • Must be able to multi-task |
