| Job Title: | Senior Manager - Hotel Accounting and Financial Reporting |
| Job Duties: | • Oversees financial and accounting systems controls and standards and ensures timely financial and statistical Reports for operations managers as well as senior financial managers. • Completes certain month-end closing procedures in an accurate and timely manner, including review and approval of general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and other financial information substantiating month-end account balances. • Ensures adequate audit trails are in place for all transactions; conducts regular reconciliation of cash and banking records. • Comply with internal control procedures to ensure SOX compliance • Develop accounting processes, policies and procedures • Work with cross-functional teams to identify and drive process improvements • Proactively analyzes and interprets financial data and recommends changes to improve systems and financial performance. • Provide accounting impact analysis to key stakeholders, including business product owners, finance and accounting teams • Provide leadership to the rest of the team and support senior management on special projects • Working with business partners, finance, tax and accounting operations teams as appropriate to review marketing offers/concepts, draft and final contracts for proper accounting treatment and communicating issues and suggestions to achieve desired treatment considering system capabilities and reporting • Coordinates the collection and preparation of all statistical data required by senior financial management. • Performs other tasks relevant to accounting and finance. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics • Minimum 5 to 10 years of accounting experience with at least 2 years in supervisory level • Familiarity with hotel/ Finance/Accounting operating systems and software • Good administrative, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills. • Computer literate and proficient in English |
