| Job Duties: | 1. Partner with executives, leaders, and employee teams to proactively address the human capital objectives and needs of the business to include talent acquisition, selection, development, compensation planning, employee relations, organization effectiveness, change leadership, employee engagement & retention and communication. This position will lead a small team of HR business partners. 2. Day to day human resources generalist responsibilities in the areas of performance management, compensation & salary planning, employee relations, analytics/reporting, recruitment liaison, etc. 3. Strengthen relationship with department heads by making HR a strategic partner in process development, staff and employee relation 4. Build and maintain a pool of qualified, ready-for-hire candidates to fill key positions within stipulated timeframe 5. Act as a point of contact for the employees and managers between HR and operations departments 6. Proactively work with the business to implement talent management programs to improve leadership capabilities, ensure succession planning, high potential identification and development objectives are achieved. Bring creativity and innovative thinking to the process. 7. Improve HR processes in support of the business to drive greater efficiency and effectiveness. 8. Implement organizational HR initiatives to improve and facilitate organizational effectiveness, career progression, talent development, organizational design, and culture development. 9. | Qualification Requirements: | 1. Must be Bachelor’s Degree holder 2. Minimum four years of experience in human resources or general administration. 3. Minimum three years of managerial experience. 4. Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs in a timely manner. 5. Must possess strong interpersonal skills. 6. Excellent facilitation and oral and written communication skills, as to communicate with employees, members of the HR management team, and in group presentations and meetings. 7. Must be able to effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner, and skillfully gather and analyze information. 8. Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently. 9. Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem solving, judgment, negotiating, influencing, and decision making skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy. 10. Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and must be able to improve performance through management feedback. 11. Able to work on shifts and be flexible regarding work schedules according to business demands. |
