Includes precision instruments makers who fabricate, modify or repair mechanical instruments. To fabricate and modify parts to make or repair machine tools or maintain industrial machines, applying knowledge of mechanics, mathematics, metal properties, layout and machining procedures. To maintain and repair all types of road construction equipment and diesel engines. To overhaul, repair, maintain and troubleshoot transmission, drive trains, hydraulic system for all types of heavy equipment and does all other related duties as assigned. |
