| Job Duties: | Correct errors by making appropriate changes and rechecking the program to ensure that the desired results are produced. Conduct trial runs of programs and software applications to be sure they will produce the desired information and that the instructions are correct. Write, update, and maintain computer programs or software packages to handle specific jobs such as tracking inventory, storing or retrieving data, or controlling other equipment. Write, analyze, review, and rewrite programs, using workflow chart and diagram, and applying knowledge of computer capabilities, subject matter, and symbolic logic. Perform or direct revision, repair, or expansion of existing programs to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements. Consult with managerial, engineering, and technical personnel to clarify program intent, identify problems, and suggest changes. Perform systems analysis and programming tasks to maintain and control the use of computer systems software as a systems programmer. Compile and write documentation of program development and subsequent revisions, inserting comments in the coded instructions so others can understand the program. Prepare detailed workflow charts and diagrams that describe input, output, and logical operation, and convert them into a series of instructions coded in a computer language. Design, develop and implement application for the company upon their request. Project created are mostly application, web, database and some mobile. Install, upgrade, and configure application, web and database systems. Perform revision on existing system. If need for a major revision, provide a proposal and develop this changes for the existing system upon the approval of management. Optimize and tune existing application, web and data system. Develop and implement plans/strategies for the integration of data from various sources. Analyze and debug technical problems as they are encountered in ongoing projects. Perform technical support both in software and hardware for hotel employee and guest having problems related to computer and network facilities. Manage the design, implementation, security, and maintenance of the Enterprise Reporting Systems, Financial Information Systems, Customer Information System, and other application, web and databases to ensure optimal performance and functionality. Coordinate application, web and database activities to ensure accuracy and availability of data and to monitor compliance with Kan Pacific Saipan Limited Hotel policies and procedures. Support other technical projects at the Kan Pacific Saipan, Limited. Work as technical liaison to vendors and consultants to solve problems when necessary. Conduct maintenance routine on all CCTV System and Wifi Access Point throughout the hotel vicinity. Conduct maintenance routine on all company networks both public and private. Also include maintenance in company servers and computer units used by employees. Performs other duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Minimum 2-4 year work experience. Minimum Qualifications Associate's degree from a U.S. accredited institution in Computer Information Systems or Computer Science and four (4) years of experience in application development, web development, system administration and end-user support. Preferred: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems or Computer Science with two (2) years of experience in application development, web development, system administration and end-user support. Experience with Magento system preferred or other similar system such as Joomla, Drupal and WordPress. Familiarity with scripting in a networked environment. Experience with open source implementations. Experience with PHP, ASP, XML, CSS, Javascript, Perl, MySQL, MSSQL, C#, Foxpro and Visual Basic. Experience in a higher education environment desirable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects and priorities with minimum supervision. |
