| Job Duties: | CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER 1. To provide accurate and timely information to Management; 2. To ensure that the Department works as a team that adhere to the Corporate values, the Quality Policy and business objectives of the Company; 3. To ensure proper management and provision of resources needed towards achieving quality service; 4. To ensure compliance with statutory and governmental requirements, particularly National Association of Insurance Commissioners reporting, Tax reporting, Actuarial reporting and relevant licensing regulations; 5. To establish and maintain strong, effective and credible accounting, finance and administrative functions; 6. To oversee and provide management with accurate analysis of budget, financial forecast and consolidated financial information; 7. To establish and maintain strong relationships with senior executives so as to identify their needs and seek full range of business solutions. |
