| Job Duties: | ● Manage and administer infrastructure and its associated software, including call management systems, voice mail, interactive voice response, video conferencing systems, desktops, printers, and mobile devices. ● Oversee the development, progress, goals, and day-to-day activities of all desktop support associates ensuring appropriate client communication, incident documentation, proper escalation processes, incident prioritization, SLA attainment including issues resolution rates. ● Implement and manage a data driven approach to support, using metrics to measure and optimize support activities. Design, develop and implement training offerings based on metrics. ● Develop, lead, and manage large end user facing projects that span multiple locations and countries. ● Engage internal teams and 3rd party vendors to resolve computer and/or application performance issues as quickly as possible. ● Stay current with and contribute to industry changes in hardware, software, support and security. ● Develop short and long range end user infrastructure plans in accordance with the business strategies. ● Support the internal Information Technology groups by reviewing, recommending and supplying desktop and mobile software and hardware solutions to accomplish ongoing projects and tasks. ● Identify, analyze, and prioritize end user support projects with a goal to improving or expanding the current end user support infrastructure. ● Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and training plans for telecommunication, desktop, and mobile system administration and appropriate use. ● Assess need for any system reconfigurations (minor or significant), make recommendations, and execute them as required. ● Interact and negotiate with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors to secure products and services in a timely and professional manner. ● Administer all contracts for telecommunications, end user equipment, and services. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology • Linux Course Certificate • Good technical and analytical skills • Proven ability to lead a team of IT professionals in hardware and software • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure • Sound judgment and problem solving skills • Excellent presentation and planning lesson skills • Proven ability to conduct user training • Superior working knowledge and expertise in providing IT-related support • Able to communicate effectively in English (Written/Spoken) and Chinese is an advantage • Knowledge of building network, Windows System, MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel, VBA and other hardware and software will be an advantage. |
