| Job Duties: | Manages and Trains the Front Desk Clerks, Guest Relations, Telephone Operators, & Guest Service and retrains all Front Office personnel. Ensuring the Front Desk provides professional and friendly services for our guest and clients. Dealing with guest issues and resolving them quickly, efficiently and courteously. Participates in the selection of the Front Office personnel and scheduling of the department. Supervise workload during shifts operations. Conduct monthly meeting with Front Office Team, attend monthly Management Meeting and once a week Rooms Division meeting. Evaluates the job performance of each front office employee. Maintains strong working relationship and communications with all departments. Verifies that accurate room status information is maintained and properly communicates with housekeeping. Update and maintains, monitors and prepares group requirements. Relays information to appropriate personnel. Reviews and completes credit limit report. Work within allocated budget for the Front Desk Clerks, Guest Relations & Guest Service. Enforce all cash-handling, check cashing and credit policies. Wears proper uniform at all times and enforce uniform policies with all Front Office employees. Upholds the hotel’s commitment to hospitality and services to each guest and clients. Maximize room revenue and occupancy by reviewing house count status daily. Analyze rate variance, monitor credit report and maintain close observation of daily house count. Monitor high balance guest and take appropriate actions. Ensure implementation of all hotel policies and house rules. Ensure logging and delivery of all messages, packages, and mail in a timely and professional manner. Ensure that all employees are at all times, attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guest, employees and clients of the company. Monitor all VIP special guest and request. Maintain required pars of all Front Office and stationary supplies. Review and respond accordingly to Front Office shift report and Guest feed backs on a daily basis. Maintain an organized and comprehensive filing system with documentation of purchases, vouchers, schedules, forecast, reports and tracking logs. Perform other duties as requested by Management. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Front Office Manager; Associates Degree in hospitality management(may be foreign equivalency); two (2) years related experience as hotel Assistant Front Office Manager. Supervises daily operations, staff of guest service and Front desk/office department of hotel located in Saipan, CNMI. Handles all guests feedback, inquiries pertaining to hotel policies and services and resolves complaints. Attends weekly, monthly and annual management meetings.
