| Job Duties: | Prepares the pizza dough every morning to use throughout the day.Essential Functions:Responsible for dough preparedness as prescribed from Manager in charge.Complies with all portioning,quality standards,rules,policies,and safety procedures.Selects and transports raw items to work area and back.Stores finished products in proper places.
