| Job Duties: | Applicant must be enthusiastic and display a positive demeanor and maintain composure under all circumstances and fit well in the company’s service and operational culture. Review gaming and cash handling activities to ensure procedures have been complied with and integrity has been maintained. Monitor gaming and non-gaming activity gaming and report any unusual activity or incidents of non-compliance. Monitor the integrity of gaming and cash handling functions through observing and reporting procedural violations to the surveillance supervisor. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Education: Graduation from High School or equivalent Work Experience: Job Zone Two: Some Preparation Needed Education These occupations usually require a high school diploma. Experience in a Casino or EGM Facility or equivalent work experience in a surveillance operation. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Good interpersonal and Communication skills. Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours.
