| Job Duties: | Perform a variety of services for Japanese tourists. Greet tourists in person at the airport. Provides counseling and do selling optional tours to customers. Help customer complaints and problems. Assist tourists in planning itineraries, gives information on resorts, historical sites, scenic areas, make reservation, act as liaison between the company and its customers. Handle pre-arrange package tours and activities surrounding in-bound tours. Have the ability to carry out activities numerated in the packaged tour. Prepare reports on tour activities and correspond with tour operators in Saipan & Japan. Makes and confirm reservations, arranges sales of optional tours or services and assist customers on a daily basis in explaining all the optional tours. And perform other duties as assigned or as required. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Two years experienced. Have knowledge for pre-arrange inbound tours. AS- 400 knowledge is an advantage. Knowledgeable on how to speak, write and read in Japanese. Have the experience and knowledge to perform all responsibilities of Travel Counselor. |
