| Job Duties: | Preparation of audit schedules and other reports as required by the external auditors * Financial statement preparation, analysis and management reporting * Preparation of both CNMI & Federal Tax returns * Internal auditing of revenue generated from Front Office, Pro-Shop and Restaurant including inventories on hand * Processing and submitting to the CNMI Department of Public Lands all reports as required in the lease agreement * Processing of all required permits and licenses to operate business in the CNMI including Staff work permits, food handlers, truckers and pesticides applicator * P O S Accounting system vouching and record keeping * Maintain general ledger - all books of accounts using Quick books accounting modules * Account reconciliation including but not limited to cash, inventories, accounts payable & receivables * Assists in inventories and supply procurement * Preparation of correspondence to government agencies, banks, agents & vendors * Supervise, assists and train Staff as needed * Perform other related duties from time to time |

| Qualification Requirements: | College graduate with accounting degree, preferably a C P A * 12 to 15 years experience in golf course operation, restaurant and pro shop accounting all at the same time * Well verse in audit reports and financial statement preparation, analysis and management reporting * Well-versed in government reporting - taxes, permits, licenses, CW-1 permits, food handlers, truckers and pesticides applicator * Well-versed in P O S ticketing and accounting system & Quick Books general ledger modules * Excellent communication skills and ability to represent the Company to various Government agencies, Vendors & Agents * Can supervise, assists and train Staff as needed |
