| Job Duties: | Teach students in religion, language arts, science, math, social studies, and physical education. Develop lesson plans and instructional materials and provide individualized and small group instruction in order to adapt the curriculum to the needs of each student. Use a variety of instructional strategies. Maintain standards of student behavior needed to achieve a functional learning atmosphere in and out of the classroom. Create an effective environment on learning. Evaluate students' academic and social growth, keeps appropriate records, and prepares progress reports. Communicates with parents through conferences and other means to discuss students progress or when problem arises. Identifies student needs and seek help from professional staff in assessing and helping students in out of classroom activities during school day. Participate in professional development as required.
