| Job Duties: | Issues room key,date-stamps, sort, and racks incoming mail and messages•Transmit and receive messages, using equipment, such as fax machine, telegraph, telephone teletype and switchboard. •Answer inquiries pertaining to hotel services• Registrations of guests and keep records of room availability and guest accounts. •Receive reservations and direct to the reservations department. •Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests of hotels. •Verify customer’s credit, and establish how the customer will pay for the accommodation. •Contact housekeeping or maintenance staff when guests report problems. •Keep records of room availability and guests' accounts, manually or using computers. •Perform bookkeeping activities, such as balancing accounts and conducting nightly audits. •Post charges, such those for rooms, food, liquor, or telephone calls, to ledgers manually or by using computers. •Compute bills, collect payments, and make change for guests. •Record guest comments or complaints, referring customers to managers as necessary. •Verify guest identification•Provide efficient Check in/Check-out process for the hotel guest. • Manage customer messages and inquiries in an efficient manner. Communicate with tour agent if necessary. • Prepare and remit daily sales to the designated department every end of the shift. •Performs other task as determined and assigned by Supervisor and Manager. |

| Qualification Requirements: | High School Diploma or equivalent. At least six months to a year of related work experience in the hotel and golf course industry. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services including handling large group of arrivals. Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive attitude, professional, neat and well- groomed at all times. Acquired hospitality related program is an asset but not required. A "People Person", be able to speak and understand English. Be able to stand for prolonged period of time and must possess a friendly and good manners. Willing to work in a flexible shifts, days, evenings, weekend and holidays. |
