Job Title: General Manager
Job Duties: Plan, direct, or coordinate the operations of public or private sector organizations. Duties and responsibilities include formulating policies, managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources, but are too diverse and general in nature to be classified in any one functional area of management or administration, such as personnel, purchasing, or administrative services. Includes owners and managers who head small business establishments whose duties are primarily managerial. Oversee activities directly related to making products or providing services. Direct and coordinate activities of businesses or departments concerned with the production, pricing, sales, or distribution of products. Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement. Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties. Direct and coordinate organization's financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiency. Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with board members, organization officials, and staff members as necessary. Determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new employees, or oversee those personnel processes. Plan and direct activities such as sales promotions, coordinating with other department heads as required. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personnel services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems. Knowledge f economic and accounting principles and practices, the financial markets, banking and the analysis and reporting of financial data. Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting and selling products. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control system. Knowledge of raw materials, production process, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements: Must be a college graduate. Must be able to handle over 60 staffs and a few restaurants at the same time. Must have good knowledge in interpreting financial statements. Must be able to communicate in Japanese. Must have skills on food and beverage costing. Must have computer skills (use excel, word, outlook). Must have skills in cooking and bartending. Must have knowledge in marketing and advertisement. Must be flexible with work schedule. Must be able to handle split shift schedule. Must have Food Handlers Certificate and Police Clearance. Must be able to work in the U.S.
