| Job Duties: | To be responsible for managing round the clock Field Services Support Teams which are assigned to each geographic area or property for servicing casino front/back office terminals and networking equipment as well as general office LAN and desktop equipment. Ensuring BAUs completion on schedule as expected. Deliver management and incident statistic reports on demand basis. Packaging IT services component to service catalogue. As an interface within IT Operations for communication to infrastructure, service desk and technical support team. To perform all duties in accordance with company approved policies and within the realm of the company vision, mission and values. Essential Tasks: Establish processes to ensure a high level of Technical support services and create working guild line for ensuring quality Technical support service. Hire, train, monitor and schedule technical Support staff. Manage deployment of field support resources to adequately serve peak and non-peak times. Escalate when necessary any issues and problems to Manager of IT Infrastructure and ITO corresponding team (Network & System) for assistance. Handle difficult user/customer cases with support from technical support teams or vendors. Perform all duties in a manner that ensures the Technical Support Team will meet or exceed the measurable objectives for service level to users and system availability. Deliver incident statistic report on weekly and monthly basis. Incident manager roles for major incident happened. Perform tasks under the direction of Senior Manager, IT Client Services. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Education: College Degree holder in Computer Science or Information Technology Related Curriculum a minimum. Work Experience:Minimum 6 years in a technical support position with at least 3 year in a supervisory role.Certification: ITIL v3, PMP, Certified Support Manager, certifications preferred. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Good interpersonal and Communication skills. Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics. Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position. Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures. Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly. Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written. Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need. Must be able to work independently or with a team. Proficient computer skills including e-mail, word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel), database, PowerPoint, presentation. Casino floor and end user desktop application environment.
