| Job Duties: | Nature of the Position:To manage all projects assigned from Director of Projects & Facility Management. Assist Assistant Project Manager / Senior Project Officer to set-up the maintenance plan and all necessary works. Assist Assistant Project Manager / Senior Project Officer to lead a team of professionals to handle all P&FM’s works. Responsible for all P&FM relative activities and/or plan for the premises. Essential Tasks: Responsible for coordinating project planning, scheduling, execution, tendering, construction management for all assigned projects. Close liaison with FM team for all assigned projects. Support FM team and assist to maintain the FM team designed maintenance plans. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and monitor all assigned projects and/or provide recommendation for future improvement. Responsible for overseeing the design, planning and operations concerns of the projects. Assist to prepare budget, progress and effectiveness of all works. Responsible for project planning, scheduling, execution, tendering, construction management for all assigned projects. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Education: Associate’s Degree or above in Construction. Bachelor of Science in an Engineering relative discipline will be preferred. Professional Qualification will be an added advantage. Work Experience: Experience in construction firm, specialist in large scale luxury renovation works will be highly preferred, fresh graduate will be considered. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Good interpersonal and Communication skills. Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics. Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position. Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures. Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly. Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written. Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need. Must be able to work independently or with a team. Proficient computer skills including e-mail, word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel), database, PowerPoint, presentation. |
