| Job Duties: | This applicant must be able to perform Cage Cashier duties such as approving credit for guests within his/her limits of authority, and ensuring that the collection and distribution of necessary credit information is handled accurately, efficiently and discreetly. Suggest departmental procedures that enable the Cage/Credit Department to function more effectively. Maintain adequate staffing levels by interviewing, selecting, training, scheduling, evaluating, assisting with career development, promoting, disciplining, and terminating employees, as needed. Ensure the integrity of all financial data produced by employees under his/her span of control. Monitor all financial activities on property, which relate to Cage/Credit Department to ensure that all applicable laws, rules, regulations and controls of the property, the Federal and CNMI Police, and the Gaming Commission are enforced throughout the property. Work with management to establish production standards and goals, and regularly evaluate departmental progress, revising standards and goals as needed. Coordinate the audits of bank boards, guest deposits and rotation logs, ensuring appropriate coverage on each bank, develop and finetune an effective system of checks and balances. Assist the Cage/Credit Supervisors in understanding the complexities of certain aspects of their jobs. Direct the necessary research to determine whether credit may be extended. Review departmental reports, to ensure accuracy, making revisions as needed. Ensure a maximum level of property wide service and satisfaction, with respect to Cage/Credit Department is achieved and maintained. Facilitate the flow of information throughout the property, by organizing and presiding over regularly scheduled meetings with all employees under his/her span of control. Is held accountable, to a very high degree, for the accuracy, confidentiality, and thoroughness of departmental records and reports. |

| Qualification Requirements: | The candidate is required to have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration or related area, or one to two years related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of six years in accounting, preferably in a banking operation, required, and minimum of three years supervisory/managerial experience required. Cash handling experience required. Experience in handling cash and foreign exchange currencies required.Experience in rolling chip settlement required. Fluency in Mandarin Chinese an advantage. Full knowledge and understanding of all company and department rules, regulations, policies and procedures. Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff. Knowledge of casino games and operations. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Must be able to secure a Commonwealth Casino Commission Gaming License. |
