| Job Title: | Accounting Manager – Casino Finance |
| Job Duties: | • Oversee accounting functions of casino finance • Responsible for budget, cash flow, account audit and general ledger • Review and make recommendations to improve current business processes • Ensure compliance of accounting policies and procedures, internal control, tax and statutory requirements • Liaise with auditors and relevant parties of the company for audit plan and management reporting • Prepare and direct the preparation of accounting reports and analyses • Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure. • Reconciliation of gaming system reports to general ledger account balances. • Development of accounting processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness • Identification and resolution of accounting exceptions with department including the escalation of outstanding issues where necessary • Timely delivery of daily gaming results to finance department and completion of monthly accounting close with minimal unresolved reconciling items • Effective communication with superiors, peers and subordinates • Responsible for challenging integrity of audit detail and product to ensure compliance, accuracy and effectiveness • Completed ad-hoc projects as requested by Management. • Perform other related duties as assigned |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Bachelor ‘s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance • 5 years or more working experience in finance or accounting in 5 star hotels / casino/ resorts • Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated gaming industry-related experience • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience • Demonstrated capacity to improve work flow and well-versed with all work processes within finance • Ability to communicate in English; knowledge in Chinese is an advantage • Must be able to secure a Commonwealth Casino Commission Gaming License • Must be able to multi-task |
