| Job Duties: | • Greet and ensure that all guests are attended at all times in a friendly and helpful manner and attempt to learn to use guests’ names at every opportunity • Is always prepared to recommend first and foremost the hotel’s own F&B outlets before any other, making himself/herself totally familiar with the operating hours and each outlet’s specialty • Ensure that the Concierge counter is always in good condition and providing efficient service and accurate information to all guests • Provide information pertaining to all hotel services, local places of interests, restaurants, doctors, sightseeing tours and any other information likely to be of interest to the guest • Is thoroughly aware of arrivals and departures of each day with emphasis on VIPs and groups • Fully knowledgeable on hotel facilities and its surrounding areas • Handle problems with guests and refer to superior if he/she is unable to assist or resolve • Provide clear directions for all guests travelling within and outside the hotel • Ensure guests receive prompt attention and request will be fulfilled immediately • Do everything possible to ensure that the guests depart the hotel with a positive impression of the hotel services • Arrange for package delivery and pickup for guests; assist with booking of tickets and luggage storage and delivery • Report accidents, injuries, unsafe work conditions and/or security issues to the superior • Perform other related duties as assigned |

| Qualification Requirements: | • At least 1 year experience in customer services at a 5 star hotel / well known property • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent working experience • Responsible, self-motivated and independent • Responsible self-starter, capable of handling multi-faced projects and of working under pressure • Patient, has initiative, organized and detail-oriented; excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Have exceptional guest relations skills and passionate about looking after guests • Team player, who values teamwork, has good team building skills and is able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees • Able to work on flexible shifts including overnights, weekends and holidays on rotation basis • Fluent in English • Preferred Ability to speak Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage • Ability to multi-task |
