| Job Duties: | Arrange & coordinates activities, engaged in conducting marine & land tour activities for Japanese tourist, observe performance on tours to assure conformance with company standards. Handle pre-arrange package tours & activities surrounding in-bound tours, have the ability to carry out activities numerated in the package tour, prepares reports on tour activities, correspond with tour operators in Saipan & Japan. Makes & confirm reservations, arranges sales of optional tour or services, assist customers on a daily basis in explaining all the optional tours and rental items available at the resort, does briefing on the ferry boat in Japanese,Chinese, Korean regarding the activities and optional tours available on the willing to work weekends, holidays and flexible hours. Must be able to use computer to input daily sales report . Deals with all the Japanese/ Chinese/Korean tour agents on a daily basis, act as customer liaison if any problem arises, direct ferry boat customers as to what buses to take from the dock to their hotels. Must be and accept/make reservation and perform other duties as assigned or as required. |
