| Job Duties: | • Manage Marketing Activities of Establishment. (Industrial, Architectural, Automotive Paint Products and Construction Hardware). • Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluation to develop and control Marketing and service programs. • Direct the actual distribution of movement of a product or service to the customer. • Prepares periodic marketing report. • Direct Product Simplification and standardization to eliminate unprofitable items from sales lines. • Review market analysis to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules, and discount rates, and develop sales campaign to accommodate goals of the company. • Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service. • Responsible for Sales Support team who are responsible for inbound and or outbound lead generations for new product sales to both new and existing customers as well as future customers • Responsible for product forecasting, analytic, productivity, and other sales support functions. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Candidates must have the following criteria: • At least 4 years college degree in business. • Must possess a proven knowledge in Building Materials, Paints and its related products to provide technical support. • 5 years experience in Paint Industry is a must. • 5 years experience in Business Development/Marketing and at least 6 years as a manager of sales department. • Experience in strategic planning and execution. • Experience with financial management including budget planning and preparation of quarterly reports. |
