| Job Title: | Assistant Sales Manager (Japan Market) |
| Job Duties: | Solicit business that enables the hotel to meet and/or exceed revenue goals in rooms, food & beverage and minor other departments. Responsible for developing and maintaining business sources. Agent request must coordinate with General Manager and Assistant General Manager. Solicit new and existing all accounts (Japanese and Non-Japanese) to meet/exceed revenue goals through e-mails, telephone, outside sales calls, site inspections, several sales tools, fliers, presentation, pictures and other written communications. Learn knowledge of all departments of hotel. Professionally represent the hotel in community and industry organizations and events. Participate in weekly Sales and Marketing Revenue Management meeting, pre-convention meetings, training and other sales-related meetings as required. Assist with reports and/or competition data collection. Work with other departments within the hotel to provide quality service to customers provide detailed information of every promotion & contract to each concerned departments timely. Prepare correspondence to customers, internal booking reports and file maintenance. Develop/maintain knowledge of market trends, competition and customers. To perform other duties as assigned by DHA. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Must be College graduate or equivalent education or equivalent of Hotel management experiences required. Minimum of two (2) years of hotel sale supervisor or related experience preferred. Fluency in English and Japanese bilingual or multilingual ability preferred. Must have knowledge in Micros Fidelio, MS Word and Excel. Must be flexible and a definite Team Player. Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the Japanese language. U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder preferred. |
