| Job Duties: | 1.Follow up the instructions of general manager, and directly responsible to general manager. 2.Cooperate with general manager to manage company’s operation activities, such as purchasing, sales and marketing, administration and human resources, finance, logistics and storage, planning and development, and so on. 3.Cooperate to communicate with Chinese investors. Decomposition into annual operation goals and set up relevant targets for all departments. 4.Check and approve the regular operation analysis reports from assistant general manager and other departments, and then cooperate with general manager to produce the resolutions. 5.Manage and coordinate budget activities to fund operations, maximize return on investment, and improve operation efficiency. 6.Manage and coordinate sales and marketing activities, such as sales promotions which coordinated with other department managers. 7.Organize to develop and implement product-marketing strategies and customers relationships. 8.Manage and organize other non-merchandising department’s activities, such as recruitments, staff training, performance evaluating, working skill instructing, and so on. 9.Manage and carry out other instructions from general manager. |

| Qualification Requirements: | 1.Administration and management —knowledge and experience of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources. 2.Fluently speaking and writing both of English and Chinese is preferable. Understanding Mandarin and Cantonese Chinese, communicating with local people and Chinese investors well. 3.Personnel and Human Resources —knowledge and experience of personnel recruitment, selection, training, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems. 4.Must master relative knowledge of accounting and statistics. Skills of active listening, coordination, monitoring, social perceptiveness and speaking. 5.General analysis skills of marketing and economy developing, quickly and timely reaction for development opportunity. 6.At least bachelor’s degree with good education background. 7.Experience of management position at least 1 year. |
