| Job Duties: | • Ensure confidentiality of all restricted or sensitive information of the department • Support and assist designated sales managers in daily administrative duties • Responsible for correspondence between the sales managers and the clients as well as expense reports for the supported sales managers • Arrange regular and ad-hoc meetings, briefings, conferences and other travel arrangements • Coordinate all activities and organization within the Division • Assist to handle guest, agencies and companies from local area and all over the world, mainly from Asia regions (China, Japan & Korea, etc.) • Interact with guests, clients and associates to ensure excellent guest service and communicate the goals of the department • Maintain a professional and friendly approach in dealing with internal and external guests • Provide administrative support in the following areas: - Typing, filing, photocopying, translating, memos, faxes, compiling data etc. - Departmental policies and procedures, SOP - Maintain customer feedback and complaint procedures • Maintain personnel records of all departmental staff accurately and provide timely and accurate feedback to superior on leave balance and payroll issues • Acting as a liaison between departments • Adhere to all Company policies and procedure • Report accidents, injuries, unsafe work conditions and/or security issues to supervisors • Perform other related duties as assigned |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Previous experience in relevant area in a 5-star hotel / well known property • High school graduated or above • Attention to detail and result oriented • Excellent interpersonal / presentation skills • Attention to detail and problem solving skills • Proficiency in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Mature, intelligent, alert, patient and responsible • Fluent in English • Ability to communicate in Asian languages (either Chinese, Korean or Japanese) • Willingness to learn and perform to the high standards set by the company |
