| Job Duties: | • Provide direction, supervision, guidance and be able to hold accountability to all employees involved in the daily operations of Front Desk • Greet and ensure that all guests are assisted at all times in a friendly and helpful manner and attempt to learn and use guests’ names at every opportunity • Perform check in, check out and room change procedures while providing efficient and quality service standard • Maintain cashier float and ensure accurate daily report of all money received • Maintain exemplary departmental standards of behavior, appearance, and attitude at all times • Conduct shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known • Attend to guests’ complaints, inquiries and requests, and refer problems to his/her superior if he/she is unable to assist • Is knowledgeable of all special promotion procedures • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of standard reservation procedures including correct forms to use, how to read fax, email, messages, and how to interpret availability sources within the Reservations system • Perform the audit balances and prepare all works for audit in an orderly fashion • Take full responsibilities of the Assistant Manager – Front Office in his/her absence • Ensure guest satisfaction during shift and monitor team members with the same awareness • Adhere to all Company policies and procedure • Report accidents, injuries, unsafe work conditions and/or security issues to supervisors • Perform other related duties as assigned |

| Qualification Requirements: | • At least 2 years’ working experience in Front Office operations in a 5 star hotel / well-known property • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent working experience • Responsible self-starter, capable of handling multi-faced projects and of working under pressure • Understanding of Hotel Property Management System (preferably Opera) • Proficiency in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills • Able to work on flexible shifts including overnights, weekends and holidays on rotation basis • Fluent in English • Ability to speak Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage • Ability to multi-task |
