| Job Duties: | • Ensure all Wardrobe Department activities are carried out efficiently and effectively and that at all times a high standard of service is maintained • Provide training and development to team members, ensuring continuity within the operations of the department • Oversee employee rosters and ensure that they are in compliance with department business requirements • Be attentive at all times to staff complaints relative to the Wardrobe Department operations and report complaints to Manager • Assist in the management of stock-take and maintenance of uniforms • Ensure the Wardrobe Department is kept in a clean and orderly manner at all times • Ensure stationery is ordered and stock levels are maintained • Maintain ongoing effective and cooperative working relationships with other department regarding employee uniform • Adhere to all Company policies and procedures • Report accidents, injuries, unsafe work conditions and/or security issues to Manager • Perform other related duties as assigned |

| Qualification Requirements: | • At least 2 years’ working experience in Wardrobe section in a 5 star luxury hotel / well-known property • High school graduate or above • Ability in sewing and alteration skills • Knowledge of similar operations (Wardrobe or Dry cleaning related) • Proficiency in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Responsible, self-motivated and independent • Team player, who values teamwork, has good team building skills and is able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees • Able to work on flexible shifts including overnights, weekends and holidays on rotation basis • Fluent in English • Ability to speak Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage • Ability to multi-task Physical Requirements Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects of not more than 15kg on frequent basis without assistance |
