| Job Duties: | • Greet and ensure that all guests are assisted at all times in a friendly and helpful manner and attempt to learn and use guest’s name at every opportunity • Handle VIP guests from all over the world, mainly from Asia regions (China, Japan & Korea, etc.) • Perform check-in, check-out and room change procedures and ensure all data is entered completely into system • Answer, record and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions or concerns • Maintain cashier float and ensure accurate daily report of all money received • Coordinate with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check-in • Review shift logs/daily memo books and document pertinent information in logbooks • Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearances are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information • Is knowledgeable of all special promotion procedures • Attend to guest’s complaints, inquiries and requests, and refers problems to his/her superior if he/she is unable to assist • Perform the audit balances and prepare all works for audit in an orderly fashion • Report accidents, injuries, unsafe work conditions and/or security issues to the superior • Perform other related duties as assigned |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Relevant experience in Front Office in the Hotel/Casino industry is an advantage • Bachelor’s Degree Holder with major in Hospitality or Hotel Management • Initiative, organized and detail-oriented; excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Understanding of Hotel Property Management System (preferably Opera) • Proficiency in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Able to work on flexible shift including overnight, weekends and holiday on rotation basis • Ability to work under pressure • Fluent in English • Ability to communicate in Asian languages (either Chinese, Korean or Japanese) • Ability to multi-task |
