| Job Duties: | Inspect, operate, or test machinery or equipment to diagnose the machine malfunction. Disassemble the machine or equipment to access and remove the defective parts by using the hand tools or the power tools. Perform routine inspection of the machine or equipment in order to do the preventive measures in maintaining such equipment. Maintain, repair, or assemble or install such electrical wiring, plumbing, machinery or equipment in the office, warehouse and apartment rentals. Responsible for all mechanical, plumbing, and electrical equipment. Troubleshooting of both mechanical and electrical controls. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Must have comprehensive knowledge of methods, materials and equipment used in installing, repairing such equipment. Must have the ability to exercise independent judgement in determining operating conditions. College or high school graduate with the with 2 years vocational training. Previous work related skills, knowledge or experience with 2 to 4 years is required.
