| Job Duties: | • Maximize food and beverage sales by identifying and targeting sales opportunities through marketing including promotions and special events. • Analyze expenditure and revenue and develop profit and loss statements accordingly for management. • Interact with internal staff and external guests from Asian and international countries. • Ensure that staff follows standard operating procedures for operational efficiency. • Conduct team meetings to discuss ongoing issues and recommendations. • Educate staff on policies and procedures of the department safety and sanitation program based on department guidelines. • Investigate accidents and breakages within the department and recommend corrective actions. • Establish and enforce standards for food and beverage quality. • Implement marketing strategies to increase sales and profitability. • Maintain customer satisfaction and employee productivity by handling customer inquiries, concerns or comments and providing solutions; acquiring feedback from customers and co-workers in order to ensure satisfaction and/or implement service improvement ideas; developing new concepts to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. • Implement operational strategies to ensure quality and productivity. • Ensure that facility is maintained clean, safe and organized. • Assist in inventory management and cost control activities while maintaining high quality. • Perform other related duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Minimum of 3 years of progressive F&B management in large, up-scale, high volume, multi-F&B outlet hotel environment. • Must have pre-opening experience in hotel industry. • Minimum of 2 years of Senior Manager experience in Hotel /F&B/ Hospitality industry. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a 5 star(s) hotel or well-known property. • Degree holder in Business Administration or Hospitality or equivalent working experience. • Ability to communicate in English, knowledge of Cantonese, Mandarin is an advantage. • Ability to operate Microsoft Windows & Office software. • Able to work on flexible shifts including overnights, weekends and holidays on rotation basis. • Must be able to manage several tasks simultaneously. • Must be able to maintain high standard of services. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels. • Comprehends budgets, operating statements and payroll progress reports to assist in the financial management of department is an advantage. • Proven record to coordinate multiple departments. • Must have exceptional interpersonal, guest relation, and problem solving abilities. • Must be a team-builder with outstanding coaching skills. • Innovative, creative and able to think outside the box. • Highly responsible & reliable. • Able to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment. • Able to focus attention on guest needs while remaining calm and courteous at all times. • Must be able to Multi - Task |
