| Job Title: | Executive Manager - F&B Operations and Project Development |
| Job Duties: | • Perform administration support for F&B Department, including preparing correspondence, screening telephone calls, and organizing appointments. • Schedule meetings and prepare meeting materials and minutes. • Assist in annual budget preparation and expenses management activities. • Analyze expenditure and revenue and develop profit and loss statements accordingly for management. • Ensure that staff follow standard operating procedures for operational efficiency. • Conduct team meetings to discuss ongoing issues and recommendations. • Educate staff policies and procedures of department safety and sanitation program based on department guidelines. • Investigate accident and breakage within the department and recommend corrective actions. • Establish and enforce standard for food and beverage quality. • Implement marketing strategies to increase sales and profitability. • Analyze guest concern and recommend corrective actions. • Provide outstanding customer services and ensure customer satisfaction. • Implement operational strategies to ensure quality and productivity. • Ensure that facility is maintained clean, safe and organized. • Assist in inventory management and cost control activities while maintaining high quality. • Must be able to multi-task |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Must have 3 - 5 years F&B experience in a five (5) star hotel environment or well-known property. • Minimum of one or two years of progressive management experience in large; up-scale; high volume; multi-outlet hotel environment. • Degree or Diploma holder in Business Administration or Hospitality or relative disciplines. • Pre - Opening experience is an advantage. • Ability to communicate and write in English and Chinese, knowledge of Japanese or Russian is an advantage. • Proficiency in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. • Able to work on flexible shifts including overnight, weekends and holidays on rotation basis. • Ability to manage several task simultaneously. • Ability to maintain high standard of services. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels. |
