Job Title: Cook
Job Duties: Prepares, cooks and seasons, specifically Korean foods.Like soups, meats, vegetables, desserts & other food stuffs for consumption in Korea House Restaurant eating stablishment. Reads menu to estimate food requirements and order food from suppliers or procure foods from storage. Adjust thermostat controls to regulate temperatures of oven, broilers, steam kettle and grills. Measures and mixes ingredients of Korean foods according to recipe using variety of kitchen utensils and equipment such as blender, mixer, grinders, slicers and tenderizers to prepare soups, salads, gravies, desserts, sauces and casseroles. Bakes, broils and steam meat, fish, vegetables and other Korean foods. Adds seasoning to foods during mixing, or cooking according to persona; judgement and experience. Observes and test foods being cooked by tasting, smelling, piercing by fork to determine that it is already cooked. Carves meat, portions of foods on serving plates adds gravies & sauces & garnishes servings to fill orders. May supervise other cooks and kitchen employees. May wash , peels, cut and shred vegetables, fruits to prepare them for use. may butcher chickens, fish, and shellfish. May cut, trim, and bone meat prior to cooking. May bake bread, rolls, cakes, and pastry. May price items on menu. Maybe designated to meal cooked or shift worked cook. May substitute for and relieve or assits other cooks during emergencise or rush periods.

Qualification Requirements: Must have expertise in cooking all kinds of Korean foods, dishes & delicacies. Preferably knows how to communicate, talk, write Korean language.
