| Job Duties: | • Visit resorts to ascertain accommodation quality and suitability • Coordinate with operators, airlines, hoteliers, resort sales department and travel agency from Asia region (such as China, Korea and Japan) • Answer calls and emails promptly for clients who are requesting new travel arrangements or changes to existing itineraries and provide prompt customer service • Book and issue airline, hotel, car and other tour reservations accurately and efficiently • Confirm customer names with airlines/hotels • Maintain certain service levels, contracts and costs • Check queue’s daily to ensure accuracy and that all issued tickets are completed • Communicate effectively with other agents or team members to solve problems and gather information • Collect, evaluate and respond to customer feedback • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients • Handle invoices and payments • Report accidents, injuries, unsafe work conditions and/or security issues to supervisors |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Two (2) years reservation or contact center experience • High School diploma or equivalent • Organized and detail-oriented; excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Understanding of the Ticketing Management System • Proficiency in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Able to work overnights, weekends and holidays • Responsible, self-motivated and independent • Demonstrate professional conduct at all times • Fluent in English • Ability to communicate in Asian languages (either Chinese, Korean or Japanese) is preferred. |
