| Job Duties: | Perform general maintenance and repair of building requiring practical skills and knowledge in such trades as painting, plumbing, masonry, landscaping, electrical, and brush cutting. Works involve a variety of the ff duties: fixing building structure- to patch minor holes and cracks in walls and ceilings and painting; cleaning or replacing concrete floors, steps & sidewalks; Inside property maintenance like replacing and cleaning sink, drains & toilets. Also will perform general maintenance of properties owned by company and perform other duties assigned by the management. |
