| Job Title: | Assistant Manager – Loyalty Marketing |
| Job Duties: | • Assist Loyalty Marketing Manager to lead the Loyalty Marketing team and execute loyalty marketing strategies • Design and deliver marketing campaigns/ communication plan that are data-driven and segment-focused with accountability for the effectiveness of the campaigns • Work closely with gaming data analysts to establish metrics to measure campaign/program success • Understand and respond to the needs of customers and develop plans to attract them • Streamline and automate fulfillment processes for member enrolment, member benefits, campaign fulfillment, and program benefits • Manage loyalty program performance and customer activity reporting to address areas including segmentation, ROI and profitability impact, benefits usage. Recommend adjustments to the program reasonably • Manage relationships with internal & external stakeholders to coordinate delivery of effective program and campaign; • Manage staffing needs and ensure proper work schedules necessary to implement marketing campaigns. • Other duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Education: o Bachelor Degree or above in Casino Management/ Marketing/ Business Administration or related disciplines • Work Experience: o Minimum 3.5 years in gaming, events, MICS, hospitality, leisure field and with at least 3 years Asian gaming experience. • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: o Knowledge of IGT PM, Service Window, Media Manager is required o Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint is required o Experience in MNC and multi-cultural environment, understand Chinese markets; o Proven track-record working with various, cross-functional, internal and external groups to deliver meaningful results on time and on budget with limited supervision o Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents. o Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with staff and the public o Adaptability to a fast evolving business environment and operating condition o Independent with strong sense of responsibility and self-motivated o Team spirit - willingness to learn and self-develop while helping and working closely with others in the team; o Knowledge of business English, proper spelling, grammar, punctuation and basic mathematics • Language Skills: o Able to communicate effectively in English (Written/Spoken) and Chinese (Written/Spoken) including but not limited to Cantonese and Mandarin dialect. o Fluent in Korean, and/or Japanese is a plus o Ability to type/input Korean, and/or Japanese characters is a plus |
