Job Title: Technical Operations Supervisor
Job Duties: *Provide leadership and direction to on shift labor workforce to maximize productivity and output whilst ensuring necessary resources are available; *Build/reinforce a fair and respectful work environment through consistent application of work rules and Company policies; *Execute performance goals and objectives aligning with divisional and Company goals; *Maintain high level of awareness of operational, safety and human resource related performance objectives; *Maintain and formulate the overall work schedules of preventive maintenance and unscheduled maintenance/repairs of GSE specialized equipment and all vehicular units; *Perform and maintains all documentation of maintenance/repairs on GSE units and ensures proper records are current; *Perform and carries out troubleshooting on all areas of malfunction in electrical/electronics, mechanical and pneumatic discrepancies; *Oversee safety and security of operations to ensure regulatory compliance of technical operations activities; *Maintain a high level of communication with team members; *Report status of operations, highlighting significant events to leadership whilst providing direction to team members to ensure divisional objectives are achieved

Qualification Requirements: *Diploma from technical/vocational course in automatic/diesel engines; *Four (4) years’ experience as a GSE Mechanic; *Two (2) years in leadership role within a maintenance organization; *Extensive knowledge on Pneumatic and Hydraulic System maintenance; *Extensive knowledge on specialized and motorized Equipment Electrical and Electronic maintenance; *Must be flexible to work any shift in a 24/7 operation, including nights, weekends and holidays; *Must have a valid CNMI driver's license: *Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification; *Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
