| Job Duties: | *Assist in the supervision and coordination of all passenger service and ensuring these activities are performed in a safe manner in accordance and in compliance with all established Company, regulatory and local regulations. *Ensure the team has the appropriate resources available and holds them accountable for the work assigned/performed. *Liaise with the customer airline to resolve concerns regarding flight handling. Assist to develop and support standard work and continuous improvement processes. *Oversee and support the performance of the team. *Oversee the maintenance of proper documentation as required by airline customer/client. Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be required. |

| Qualification Requirements: | *Associate’s Degree in related field or comparable work experience preferred. *Six months to one year equivalent work experience. *Knowledgeable in FAA, ICAO, IATA, TSA, local airport and airline regulations; *Conflict resolution and decision-making with the ability to lead is required; *Excellent written and oral communications skills; *Must be flexible to work any shift in a 24/7 operation, including nights, weekends, and holidays; *Must have a valid CNMI driver’s license and a reliable means of transportation; *Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification; *Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position |
