| Job Duties: | *Focus on leading and developing the skills of agents with the goal of delivering consistent and excellent customer service and delivering a quality product in according with Company guidelines; *Ensuring consistency on operational, service and product delivery; *Liaises with the customer airline to resolve concerns regarding flight handling; *Develop and support standard work and continuous improvement processes; *Set expectations for agents and gain commitment to act in accordance with the Company goals and objectives; *Oversee and support the performance of the team; *Oversees the maintenance of proper documentation as required by airline customer/client; *Serves as subject matter expert on safety, services and procedures; *Serves as Ground Security Coordinator; *Serves as trainer in various airline passenger service systems |
